Erin's Own GAC, Cargin - Underage Coaching

This year we have started to implement a coaching program throughout all the underage teams in the club. This involves past & present players within the club taking various coaching sessions to supplement the good work already being done by the present underage managers.

There are two objectives of this initiative:

1. To improve various technical and tactical aspects of the game within each player.
   
   
2. To encourage more senior players back into coaching so that their experience can be passed on to the younger teams.

During the year feedback is given so that at the end of the season the overall program can be reviewed and improved for the following year.
